Being lazy
Today I start my 3o day trial of doing less.
I read a very compelling article on ZenHabits.com referring to the art of being lazy isn’t about doing nothing…it is about doing less (of the stuff you don’t need to do). Feeling lazy is in essence your body telling you to slow down.
I do like the philosophy that you will do less, but in conjunction make what you do mean more.
