Sometimes it’s just nice to know that someone you care about knows that you’re alive and walking the earth.
It can manifest as a longer than usual hug…a random text to say “I’m thinking about you”…or perhaps a longing stare with an understated smile. These are the things that get me.

In Safari for iOS 5, just press and hold on the “new tab” plus sign on the right, and you’ll see a menu of your recently closed tabs. Nifty!

Today I considered mailing hand-written expressions of gratitude for every ‘like’ and ‘reply’ that I received from my peers of social networking. I think they’d all end up feeling pretty appreciative for being my Internet friend.

I think about my ex and wish that we could still be friends because we had so much in common. A friendship probably would have worked if I hadn’t been so attached at the end of our relationship.
