- Substituted the incline bench for the close grip bench press due to no spotter. I need a gym buddy.
Dumbbell One-Arm Triceps Extension +44 pts

Machine Preacher Curls +8 pts

- Apparently, I’ve been doing the preacher curl wrong all this time.
