    • left arm imbalanced allowed only 7 reps on that side while I completed reps on my dominant hand.
  • Barbell Bench Press +99 pts

    • 90 lb x 6 reps (+51 pts)
    • 90 lb x 5 reps (+48 pts)
  • Lat Pulldown +60 pts

    • 70 lb x 5 reps (+16 pts)
    • 100 lb x 8 reps (+22 pts)
    • 100 lb x 9 reps (+22 pts)
  • Seated Cable Row +81 pts

    • 60 lb x 5 reps (+21 pts)
    • 90 lb x 12 reps (+31 pts)
    • 90 lb x 8 reps (+29 pts)
  • Standing Barbell Press Behind Neck +93 pts

    • 20 lb x 8 reps (+30 pts)
    • 20 lb x 10 reps (+31 pts)
    • 20 lb x 12 reps (+32 pts)
    • Closest thing I could find to a french press.
