- left arm imbalanced allowed only 7 reps on that side while I completed reps on my dominant hand.
Barbell Bench Press +99 pts
- 90 lb x 6 reps (+51 pts)
- 90 lb x 5 reps (+48 pts)
Lat Pulldown +60 pts
- 70 lb x 5 reps (+16 pts)
- 100 lb x 8 reps (+22 pts)
- 100 lb x 9 reps (+22 pts)
Seated Cable Row +81 pts
- 60 lb x 5 reps (+21 pts)
- 90 lb x 12 reps (+31 pts)
- 90 lb x 8 reps (+29 pts)
Standing Barbell Press Behind Neck +93 pts
- 20 lb x 8 reps (+30 pts)
- 20 lb x 10 reps (+31 pts)
- 20 lb x 12 reps (+32 pts)
- Closest thing I could find to a french press.
